How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your bag's journey.
What is your return policy for travel gear?
We offer a 45-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, or you can opt for a free exchange or store credit.
How do I clean my BÉIS bags?
For our hardside luggage, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For canvas and fabric bags, we recommend spot cleaning only to maintain the integrity of the water-resistant coatings.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, and Australia. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises upon delivery.
