We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that a small processing fee applies to returns for refund, while exchanges are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
